Don't need intro workout to bring lagging body parts up. You can look at my thread called best steroid for building leg mass and there's a bunch of responses about how to bring your lagging body part up because my legs lag behind the rest of my body. What I reccomend is to train it 2x a week instead of 1x a week and go a little heavier. For me, high reps and lower weigbt works good for my legs, arms, abs, calves, and shoulders while on the other hand Heavy weight and lower reps works good for building mass for my chest and back. You just gotta figure out what you feel works best for you. Try to do heavier weight and lower the reps for about 2 weeks and see if you notice a difference vis a versa if you're doing heavy weigbt low reps try high reps for 2 weeks to a month to see if that helps you
