all bodybuilding is an illusion, especially on video, guy is fucken enormous, just seen him in real life, 18 inch arms? lmao,... ah no. lol

ya, I saw him last week, arms are definitely over twenty, tho he says he hasn't trained too hard the last few months. healing a couple injuries.

Gastrointestinal issues is a code word for blown kidney. Ask an expert like ether. Probably hepatic adenoma.

Normally this condition just affects woman who have REALLY shitty response to birth control, sometimes diabetics but mostly with bodybuilders. I didn't ask around until I read more about ether's insightful posts and all the nurses and doctors said "oh yeah, that person I remember having a hepatocellular adenoma was a bodybuilder" or "was taking some bodybuilding pills". Contest time, low water, orals, DIURETICS, c'mon... GI issue... no.

Exactly. They can obsess over it and dissect every aspect but all that it comes down to is basic knowledge mind muscle connection and most importantly , intensity.
