Frank McGrath, Dorian Hamilton and Fouad Abiad have set up a training camp that will run throughout Ontario. They will be traveling to gyms around the province looking for guys/girls interested in learning and getting better! Here is a montage of the first outing.

Hopefully, is he still in the Heavyweight division this year? I know last year he was right at the top of the weight cut off.

I haven't seen him since he started his prep but he says he's goddamn massive, and if he says he's massive then he is cause he's a very under spoken guy.

we're supposed to BBQ next week. I'll get the low down from him then.

cool man, He is humble and a nice guy, he has the best quad sweep on stage, should turn pro this year.
