Cops turn off their body cams all the time right before shootings. Sure helps them, as their word is usually gold. We see it a lot. You think no cops have figured out turning off the lights (or failing to turn them on) does the same thing?Weird she could park in the middle of a road, behind a disabled vehicle, as the 1st cop there, and choose not to turn on lights. That's no accident.
