It's not that Democrats dislike rock and roll stars of the 60’s and 70’s that had a great many sexual partners culled from their groupie sets. 

It's that by the GOP's right wing's own standards of the past 50 years, Ted Nugent should be shunned and ostracized.  He is not however.   The GOP, Tea Party, and NRA overlook his past and welcome him into their circles.  Which seems somewhat contradictory...no?
