I have to somewhat disagree.  I think the numbers are accurate for Jay because he does have a bunch of real estate and Gaspari may have had that type of money before Liz came along.

The problem lies in the fact that their debts are generally unreported.  Its accurate to a point of what's on file with the U.S. government.

And debts do count in the net worth calculation. The vast majority of Americans have very little actual net worth. The vast majority of pro bodybuilders are not rich. Leasing or borrowing a fancy set of wheels from an old schmoe does not make one rich.

Most rich people are older. I believe the Arnold and Weider net worths are probably accurate. The rest are complete bullshit, unless there is some big family money they inherited.

Where is this "US government file" you have access to detailing the net worths of these individuals? Better to not keep much in one's own name anyway - it's a good idea to put most assets into trusts or corporate structures, particularly if you are a public figure with a bullseye on your back or are a registered Republican these days.
