Wow - that list is so fabricated, it isn't even funny.   Real numbers are nowhere near any of that by far.   Except for Arnold and Joe's estate.

I have to somewhat disagree.  I think the numbers are accurate for Jay because he does have a bunch of real estate and Gaspari may have had that type of money before Liz came along.

The problem lies in the fact that their debts are generally unreported.  Its accurate to a point of what's on file with the U.S. government.

I met Jay and his wife at a GNC signing he was doing.....there wasn't that many people there...maybe 3 or 4....He had his back to me when I first walked in and he was the biggest fuck I ever saw...I couldn't believe a human could actually get that big.....he looked surreal....I shook his hand and he signed a muscular development mag that I had with him on the cover.....his wife was tiny but really hot....I think it was winter and he had on shorts...LOL

The first time I meet jay was in 07. I've never seen anything like that. I agree with your it surreal. I never got to see ronnie but I heard he was even more impressive.  The least inpressive was dexter. Was standing next to him at a npc show. I'm a decently sized guy not huge and I was a good amount bigger then him. He's really not very big and maybe 5 6"
