Not false. IG only allows 15sec clips and repeats. I set the video up myself hence the angle. By the time I pushed play, got the DB's and started laying back 15sec had long passed. I had to edit the video to at least get in 15secs of reps. I don't lie about my training.
Reps 6, 7,8 were each slower. 8th looked like failure. How come you almost failed #8 then next clip and next rep's your going fast again? Each clip is identical.
