Coach, I always applaud your training.

It appeared you weren't going into a full stretch (a benefit of dumbells).  Is that observation incorrect, or were you limiting range somewhat?

I rarely if ever bring my elbows below parallel on flat dumbbell work unless it's real light during a non-working set.

IMO, lowering your caloric intake by about 500 cals a day and running 3-4 miles 3x a week would result in a leaner, fitter Coach.

There's a hole in your shirt. Be careful when you wash it next time.

Coach
I am a fan of you and your work
Even though u promised me a while back you'd come to ct to train me and u never did

But coach u look like u need to lose some weight
And I noticed your head and neck moving a lot during the db presses
And do u ever do single arm db floor press??

Excellent choice of Master of Puppets during set......

And I agree - no real benefit dropping lower than that.

I'm down 8 in 2 weeks. But never judge by a pic or video. I have abs at 228.

Running destroys joints. Especially at my age.

ten speed on a stationary trainer.  I love mine, it feels better than a classical exercise bike and you can lose yourself in music or video with no danger.

If you look in the background I have a spin bike. I like it but it kills my ass.

well yeah, but a ten speed on a trainer feels better than a so called exercise spinner...and you can put a "gel seat" on it.

False. Only 8 reps. then video is edited and the same clip is repeated.

Not false. IG only allows 15sec clips and repeats. I set the video up myself hence the angle. By the time I pushed play, got the DB's and started laying back 15sec had long passed. I had to edit the video to at least get in 15secs of reps. I don't lie about my training.
