2. I train 2 days on 1 off. 1 bodypart and then interval sprints cardio. Id like a routine where I can burn calories on a daily basis. (take off College Football Saturday)

Don't do HIIT on low glycogen levels, you will sacrifice muscle, and end up as a smaller flabbier version of your former heavier self.  If you're eating very low carb and hovering near ketosis, do steady state cardio, not intervals.  It's good to start out with Intervals as it's anaerobic and the perfect choice to burn the excess glycogen stored in the body.  Then you need to slow down to aerobic steady state cardio (stationary bike, treadmill, etc) to burn the fat.

This is generally true. However, if you really get into endurance sports, like cycling and running, you can definitely drop significant amounts of weight. When I used to run a lot, as soon as I hit 40 miles a week  which wasn't that much for serious marathon training, I would start to drop weight fast. Guys running 50 plus miles a week, which is not that uncommon among serious runners, can pretty much eat what they want, within reason. The OP, who actually doesn't look that bad, seems like an endo-meso so he's probably not genetically predisposed to endurance sports, but there's no reason he can't incorporate them in his routine.

This is an exception that proves my point. You left out that muscle is also lost from endurance training. I live in Manhattan and run in Central Park. I see countless "Endurance Athletes" running with their ridiculous little water bottle belts. They all look like sh!t. Even their legs have no muscle. The pic below is of a top Ultra Runner, not a look most guys here would want. His knees are wider than his quads. That said, his hair is pretty cool [no homo].

Moreover, what happens when you have an injury and can't run? As I'm sure you know, runner's have a high incidence of injury due to the repetitive nature of the activity. An overweight person doing an abnormal amount of exercise would be particularly susceptible.

You can always eat less, whether injured or not.

You can get this for $8 on amazon....might not be what you're looking for, but I did it for seven weeks and fat melted.    You can also add your own sprint type cardio if you felt it necessary.  I believe it's like 6 days a week.

"Fat melted?" Dude, you don't actually have any fat. Or maybe the last bit melted off.

Well done man, made my day to read this thread and see your determination.

Just a couple of tips that could go a long way bro:

1. Don't view cardio as 'exercise' or 'cardio' - i.e. a means to an end product alone. You are in a unique position in that you get a little more spare time than most, so instead of doing fucking 'excercise/cardio' every day, pick something you love doing (or start something new outdoors) and do that shit everyday!

What you will end up with long term is not 'cardio' to burn extra calories - but your actual LIFE will be different. Your LIFE will need MORE calories to sustain all the fun shit your doing everyday.

2. I'm only 30 years old, but something i've noticed in life along the way (call it karma/reaping and sowing whatever): If something took a long time to build.......it's going to take a long time to take apart again.

Basically what i'm saying with number 2, is double the amount of time you want this to take. If you get there sooner - bonus.

Fucking kill it man.

I don't know if most guys wouldn't want that look. You live in Manhattan. The metro sexual look rules. Most fashionable men's clothes are extremely tailored for the "slim" physique. If you gave them a choice most Brooklyn /Manhattan guys would probably rather look like that dude than the guys from Jersey Shore.

The point is that exercise is an extremely inefficient way of reducing a caloric surplus compared to not consuming calories in the first place.

Endurance training is neither practical, sustainable or even desirable for most people. The math on 50 miles a week works out to five 10 mile runs a week, or 7 miles every single day.
