Yeah, nice triceps extention  there, and for tall people, if your  legs aren't  at least 90 degrees, then you're  wasting  your  time, and if you're  going to do leg press, I always  go higher in reps starting around  15-20 range till I'm down to at least 10.

Great for ego, not so great for the muscles. ­Only about ¼ of range of motion, and with full ROM he would be pressing only 200 - 400 lb. I have seen this phenomena at my gym plenty of times. Young guys are pressing with ridiculous weights, but when you tell them to start over with the full range of motion, they need only tiny weights. There were one assclown who were pressing 1.5 metric tons with the 0.5" range of motion, but some of the real bodybuilders of the gym spoiled his happiness by laughing his stupidity. Never seen that guy again  ;D

However, 99% of bodybuilders, including the good ones, do short range presses. Look at most
pros training. If you're going to have great quads you're going to have them short or full range pressing.
