He's only doing partial reps and worse yet, he's pressing like a guy on his knees to atone for underdeveloped adductors. Not overly impressive. If you are going to be a gym attention whore, which is annoying at best, at least do the lift the proper way.
Why, oh why are so many mentally ill people interested about the weight training? What there is to inspire them so much? There is this guy at my gym, he look quite ordinary, like some bus or truck driver, but how he is training is something I haven't seen before. First of all, he use lots of weights, hundred of lb.'s for just about everything. Secondly, his range of motion doesn't never exceed 2", and it is usually something between 0 and 1". For example, we have there a Hammer leg pressing machine with four bars for plates. He fill all the bars with 55lb plates, so he has 14 of those per side, 1540lb for both sides. For his ROM he doesn't even have to release the sledge, he just bounce it up from the locks. Hammer bicep curl = 3 x 44lb plates, and 2" ROM. His ultimate bravura is the pelvis thrust, which he does in the Smith- machine. He loads the machine with 4 x 55lb per side, and thrust his ass 1" above the bench which he uses underneath. He is all the time very serious, looking like he has forced to do all this, so I recon there is some voices speaking inside his head and telling him what he has to do
