Marshawn Lynch went beast mode Friday night trying to break up a fight incited by a Seattle Seahawks hater.

Marshawn and his crew were leaving a San Francisco bar when a drunk guy taunted the running back, repeatedly calling him a "Seattle Sea Chicken."

Someone in Marshawn's crew snapped and a melee erupted. You see Marshawn in a white cap trying to pull one of his friends away from the guy. An eyewitness tells us Marshawn got in a few punches before walking away.

So they're allowed to assault someone because they were taunted?  Professional athletes get taunted all the time.  Legally, they can't just team up and beat the shit out of someone who 'taunts' them.

The first amendment protects this Seahawk hater. Sure, he's being a little punkass doing it, but Lynch could just whip out his wallet and laugh. 

So YES, it was "their fault", and it's got nothing to do with how I feel about Lynch.  You cannot assault someone because they called you a name.  He heard words he didn't like, so his crew decided to beat someone up.  Right?
