Salad

I have been struggling with gaining wieght as far as the eating goes, I cannot eat a lot of food to get my calories up to where they should be. Does eating a lot of salad expand your stomach so you can eat more?

Just make yourself eat.  When I am bulking, there are times when I am so sick of eating I almost puke cause I'm sick of it.

Eat moderate size meals, don't get the idea that you have to gorge yourself at each meal. Figure out how much food you need per day and split it up evenly over the course of 6-8 meals per day.

yeah i found i was eating way too much! it worked to gain some weight and get stronger but now my grocery bill is cut in half and its so much easier to get my meals down.

yeah eat smaller meals and look for at least 5-6 meals a day then progressively you can make em larger, your apetite should go up when working out as well... if that's not enough you can try adding a couple of proteinshakes per day, let's say you take one first thing in the morning and right before bedtime... some even  have one in the middle of the night but i think thats over doing it  ;D

kinda a catch 22.

you eat a lot to get big, tho to get big you need to eat a lot.

ease yourself into it slowly, if you work hard you will always be hungry.
