I told my workout partner by the end of this month we shoud be doing it(405 bench), but I'm not sure.  ---only me quote

also a fair few naturals can bench over 405, i gues smost of them are in their 30s and fairly heavy. im at 315-320lbs for a 1rm at the min so hopefully a yr and a half ill get the 405. way training goin at min is so great.

by end of year i want a 160kg bench 352lbs, 350-400lb squat for 1 below parallel, only being doin legs abt 9 weeks, and a 530-50lb deadlift

405? lol  If you're a serious lifter and have  been lifting for over 10 years, had no injury's and can't get past 405 (natural), then you've rolled a big snake eyes in the genetics department.

I think he was refferringto when I thought I was doing 500 or somethign like that and Ray put on 2 25's instead of 2 10's or something like that.  It ended up being 550 total.

OK, but the Germans were at the gates of Moscow in 1941. Winter hit. Both sides just basically sat out the winter. The United States supplied the Soviet Union with literally thousands of ship convoys worth of arms, fuel, machinery, technical experts, you name it to Archangel and Murmansk from 1939 on. Starting Dec, 7 1941 after Pearl Harbor when the Germans idiotically declared war on the USA is when the tide turned and Adolph Hitler and the Riech were doomed. British Lancasters and American B17's and started pounding German war machine factories and destroyed the Luftwaffa. Without this there would have been no Russian counter offensive in early 1942. American capitol and unmatched manufacturing capability in the Allies favor is what won the war. The Russians were doomed if the USA had not entered the war. The Germans would have destroyed Russia and made peace with the USA and Britain. Plain and simple. The Russians DID supply an overwhelming amount of manpower and once supplied by American manufacturing thus arming the huge Russian armies that did overwhelm the Nazi's in the east. But if not for the western allies the germans would have owned Eastern Europe lock, stock and barrel. Remember, the German's were treated as liberators in Russia until the SS came in and started slaughtering civilians by the thousands.

And where Stalin and the Russians would be without the help of the allies? That is just why we can't say that russians win the war. They would be losers big time without that help, without allies helping and keeping nazis busy in every orher frontiers. And how Stalin thank for this? He wipe out few million russians, just about for fun... nice guy that "Father Sunshine" of yours
