I`d like to see a close up of the weight marked on the dumbell,simply because they don`t look very wide for 200s.If they are,then very impressive.

IF those 'bells are 200s, that's easily the best I've seen someone handle them.  And Ramy's form looks fine to me ... if anything, he has some of the best form I've seen among the current guys.

I thought it was cool, even in spite of how heavy he actually is.  But you're right:  pressing 200s isn't actually what I'd call "smart."  He could easily maintain that size by using the 140s, 150s tops.
