If you're lifting weights or care about your fitness, health and your skin, then smoking damages all of this without giving any benefits at all.

However, people are and should be free to do whatever they want, and use whatever substances or drugs they want, so I don't agree with these laws.

Loved smoking, hated the health effects.

I think people who were chain smokers once will never truely be happy that they quit.
