Hornady makes a fantastic .25ACP round. Every ballistic gel test even with denim shows about 11 inches of penetration and good expansion. Of course I'm not saying this is a superior round. Something like a Browning can be carried in a pocket with a pocket holster to stop the printing of the outline. Making an all day tee shirt and jeans carry an all day possibility.  

I have carried for 31 years. The Glock is a great tool. Never jams and has big combat sights that are quick to find.  The trigger is decent too.

I carry a winter gun and a summer gun. If anyone is interested I will tell why I made those choices for myself. Winter is a Sig 9MM and Summer is Smith & Wesson .38 special.

I think you are 100% telling the truth. I mean, Powerlifter66 is supposed to be  a responsible gun owner, and he brandished a firearm at civilians who were demonstrating their 1st amendment rights. You just never know with these people and their guns. If Powerlift66, who proclaims he is a responsible gun owner, displayed irresponsible behavior, I believe any story like this about gun owners.

I agree...the minimum caliber to carry.  I carry a 380 when I have to wear dress shirts at the office or during the summer.  It gets hot in Texas and a mouse gun tossed in the pocket is a great solution when making quick trips to the store.  During the fall when I can wear suit coats I carry the Shield.  In the winter I carry a Glock 23 OWB under heavy coats.'

I recently switched my 380 to FMJ from hollow points.  Saw some interesting penetration tests that convinced me to try it.

Nah man. I can't argue with a .45 Super. It'll cure what ails yah. I am gonna convert over to carrying my S&W .500 Magnum as a small carry gun. The blast alone should discourage any goblins in the vicinity.

This weekend, I carried the G19 with a +2 mag. 17 in the handle, 1 in the pipe (no homo), baby!

LOL - I'm glad my USA Brothers can enjoy all this stuff, but I just had to say that to a 'lily-livered pansy-ass Euro-cuck' (etc etc) I also really enjoy these threads, but at times it can feel a bit like reading pseduo code or something..?
