Who gives a fuck keep your diet clean and there are herbs and treatment to take for it we are trying to put on mass here, if it was only about health you would live in the mountains were the air is not polluted and feed on vegetables raw nuts and seeds.
To go from 220 lbs to 300 lbs is certainly possible. But it would take a few years and a lot of it could be fat / water. You will look bigger in clothes and get more comments from people about your size. But in the end you will look better at 220lbs ripped. My guess is once you hit 300 lbs you will eventually want to go down again after a while. Good luck!!!
A few years LOL this morning on a empty stomach I weighed 258.4 back then in my 220s I was on low carbs, within 10 months or so I will be 300 pounds its not that difficult, short intense balls to the wall training then take a day or two off then repeat, eat like a horse around the clock taking a shake when you wake up to piss in the middle of the night, most people get tired of stuffing themselves with food that is why they fail.
I have done the force feeding thing for years until my stomach said NO MORE! I started pucking / hurling every time I ate something or put something in my mouth, even when brushing my teeth. In the hospital they inserted a tube with a camera attached to it in to my stomach and there was nothing wrong with it so I quess It was some sort of a mental thing. It was the end of my BB/gymrat days. Looking back I did not have enough variation in my diet so I hated everything I was eating and because of that I had to be force feeding myself. What I hated back in the days was getting up a couple or hours a night to take a leak. That really messes up your sleep. Now I never drink anything past 19:00.
Boom that is the problem eating the same thing day after day when there is so much different foods available, every week when I go to the supermarket I buy different foods for the coming week and I get creative like this morning I make pancakes with crushed ripe bananas, blueberries, egg white protein and cinnamon fried in coconut oil with honey on top.
Yeah exactly. If I had to do it all over again ( hey man I wont) than I would focus on triggering appitite by tasty food variation like you described. And ofcourse I would use much more steroids.
