curious on how you all got tinnitus in the first place ?
thats the thing. I'm not sure. I'm usually careful to use earplugs. But I do operate heavy machinery at times, listen to headphones, I do shoot but wear protective earplugs. But I've done a lot of concerts and blast the music in vehicles. No more. Since getting it I'm not sure if it's psychological but my ears seem more sensitvie to noise. Maybe cumulative effect of loud noises and getting older. But came on suddenly not after a specific event.
