He's an embarrassment. Doesn't even train his legs.

I had a co-worker several years back switch to an ultra low carb diet and he started doing Insanity workouts in his basement 3-4 times a week.  He lost a lot of weight, but he lost a ton of muscle in the process.  The muscle loss in his thighs was enormous, and he ended up with little stick legs like the guy in the picture.   The guy in the photo likely at one point was eating ultra low carb and doing very high intensity exercise, without adequate protein, and lost muscle rapidly.  At some point he realized his mistake, and started consuming carbs again, but the the muscle loss he suffered to his legs was already done.

So ridicolous regarding the "effort" some clowns put into their "fitness lifestyle" and what kind results they get.

Very difficult to eat 4500 clean calories a day.  I did it for 1 straight year when I was in my mid-20's.  Shitting twice a day is very annoying.

Natural fats are essential and good for you. His omega 3 is probably nonexistent.

Funny thing is that probably isn't a natural physique either.

No doubt. I've seen a lot better even on gym hacks. Hell, even at 56, after months of little to no training, eating poorly, too much drinking, smoking, and stress, I look better than that after a month back lifting. Many more gymrats look better than this..many.
