I know , but Flex is just days out of the show, and he is looking really fragile , we had a prayer for him yesterday at my church the "diacono" even mentioned his name ...

Bodybuilders and personal trainers . . . fitness is all they got.

How do you expect them to make money later on in life? It has to be something fitness related. Or, you start at the very bottom at something else like a 21 year old and not use your 30 years of fitness at all?

That's the corner all fitness people have painted themselves into.

According to Flex just lifting is hard on his kidney. I'm not so sure that is correct but for certain his CK levels will be high and that in itself can hide the fact his kidneys are suffering but he can quit the gym for a few days and then do the CK test again. 

Lifting will probably not hurt him and diet will certainly not. He looks to be eating a very healthy diet. Drugs will and if he is on just a bit more than TRT  and getting blood work for his kidneys then maybe all will go well. Flex doesn't by any means look big. The main problem that I see is all the tats he has. It's hiding everything that would show on stage.

Sadly it is correct , anything that can rise blood pressure can hurt ( an already weak/damage kidneys) and lifting weights certainly raises Blood pressure .

Dieting can also hurt in a big way his kidney .
