Flex isn't going anywhere near a stage with his shirt off. It''s not the one kidney that his problem, it's that he's always been a light weight(155 pound body). He had to blow his muscles up with oil to be anywhere near the weight Arnold was at and Arnold was on 1/4 of the shit Flex had to take. Everyone says he had the best genetics blah blah blah. No he didn't. He was a tiny tit with tiny joints who blew himself up on juice and oil. He maxed himself out at about 230 pounds. lol. At his height, he should be close to 280+.

I agree..if he had good genes he would still look good off of hrt of 200 to 400mg a week of test only...he just overloaded his system with butt loads of juice and oil and kept responding....good genes = low dosages and still look good..im a prime example

But he can't out size the top guys and can't put on weight, he tried and failed

His physique like u said is best at 214-220ish max

I've always said flex in 93 was one of the best ever but I have to say when it comes to genetics as a whole Kevin is better than flex

Why did he shrink to nothing even on hrt?..he got tired of working out? Ronnie is one of few pros that have genetics...not just hyper responders to chemicals

Guys like Flex, Jojo, Melvin Anthony have a certain skeletal structure where the limits to looking great with a ton of muscle and conditioning is lower, than others. It's like that of a sprinter/runner. Muscular but not massive. Think Cheetah vs Leopard or Lion.

Flex should have realized this, and gradually put on weight, or gradually refined his look. But instead he didn't use common sense, and got "shook", and started down another route.

Jojo is retired, Melvin is in prison and flex is fucked in the head trying to make a comeback

Dex is smarter than the both of them, been the same weight more or less for over a decade, just refining his physique and keeping his conditioning without ruining his lines
