I got 15 inch arms. I would like some general advice on getting bigger triceps. Should I train them with chest, with biceps, by themselves? Also when you train triceps do you train in a way to bring up the part of the tricep that is lagging (if there is such a thing) ? I say this because some guys' triceps look awesome in a front double bi but in a side tricep pose they don't look so big. Thanks.
