ok lost some bloat im more defined but scale hasnt changed my only carbs are.very minor from beans
my diet is beans lentils pea protein thats it no nuts no seeds, some tempeh or nutmilk or soymilk, spinach n water shake, my fats are low just minor stuff added
i trried to do a mild 100g carb up with some bread n pasta at night during my workout , i feel it gave me a couple extra sets , 6 total sets , maybe i need to carb up with fruit juice
the reason why i carbed up slightly was that im feelin lazy, not sleepy but lazy to lift. thats the problem now. i do look leaner n less bloat my body feels good especially now its getting cooler outside
this high protein diet definitly makes u warmer , i see wimps already with jackets on lol. this is the first day im not perfusley sweating
