11am. Shark Steak, rice with corn and onions and egg whites
1pm. Tuna Steak with kale. Corn bread and Protein Shake.
3pm. Train.
5pm. Halibut Steak with light butter sauce. Protein Shake/Waxy Maze
7pm. 12oz Delmonico Steak with baked Potato. Vegetable medley.
9pm. Waxy Maze. $5 Dollar Footlong
10pm. Tuna fish sandwich with pickles.
11:30. Protein shake, supplements.
12am. Bed.
