I've been researching this guy for a year or so. Has potential. He contributes his size from reading Robert Kennedy books. Posted his diet on social media:

7am. 12 egg whites, 10oz Porterhouse Steak.

8am. Train

11am. Shark Steak, rice with corn and onions and egg whites

1pm. Tuna Steak with kale. Corn bread and Protein Shake.

3pm. Train.

5pm. Halibut Steak with light butter sauce. Protein Shake/Waxy Maze

7pm. 12oz Delmonico Steak with baked Potato. Vegetable medley.

9pm. Waxy Maze. $5 Dollar Footlong

10pm. Tuna fish sandwich with pickles.

11:30. Protein shake, supplements.

12am. Bed.
