I guess his script is actually for 225 per week but it has gotten to difficult to keep his rbc in check.  Apparently, for Markus 175 is the sweet spot.

I am. From a bodybuilding contest perspective.

Meaning...I would be shredded at 140- to 145-lb.

Much better now at ~185 than when I was 213 last August.

People are delusional about their body fat level though. I am probably 18% body fat now, but people would guess 12%. I was maybe 16% at my leanest. Maybe just a hair less...but not much less.
