I lived in the Phoenix Az area for 10 years. One of the nicest areas you can live in. 100 degrees and 10% humidity is completely comfy. And staying inside 9 months of the years is a complete fallacy. Maybe a few weeks in a row are pretty tough- unlike 6 months of shit weather in the northeast. I used to live in Syracuse...

The Phoenix burbs are much better.  Air quality can be an issue.  AZ is a constitutional carry (no permit required) state, but there are more and more anti-gun libtards moving to AZ who are going to push to change that.  Areas that used to be spacious are getting bought up by builders who are throwing up mediocre McMansion-type developments.  Eventually, the current infrastructure will not be able to handle it.  20-30 years from now there will be too many homes and not enough roads to handle the traffic flow.  Many cities in AZ already have water supply issues.

I lived in Gilbert and then Chandler. So I know the suburbs well. There are libtards moving everywhere. So what?  Give em shit back.

Not everybody sees the glass half full bro.

This thread is populated by simpletons who couldn’t afford to live half decently in NYC, LA, SF, Chicago, etc.

Everything will be back to normal next month once Biden gets elected. He will be forced down your throats whether he really wins or not because you are powerless peasants.

Gawd you are fucking retard. IRL you must be the mayor of loser central.

Phoenix is a city of nearly 2 million people. There are other bars you know, lol. If you just hang out in Scottsdale you deserve to be punished for your lack of adventure.

Oracle is moving its headquarters from Silicon Valley to Austin, Texas

Oracle is the latest tech company to relocate out of California.

HPE announced its move to Houston earlier this month.
