I lived in the Phoenix Az area for 10 years. One of the nicest areas you can live in. 100 degrees and 10% humidity is completely comfy. And staying inside 9 months of the years is a complete fallacy. Maybe a few weeks in a row are pretty tough- unlike 6 months of shit weather in the northeast. I used to live in Syracuse...
The Phoenix burbs are much better. Air quality can be an issue. AZ is a constitutional carry (no permit required) state, but there are more and more anti-gun libtards moving to AZ who are going to push to change that. Areas that used to be spacious are getting bought up by builders who are throwing up mediocre McMansion-type developments. Eventually, the current infrastructure will not be able to handle it. 20-30 years from now there will be too many homes and not enough roads to handle the traffic flow. Many cities in AZ already have water supply issues.
