Haha I have a 4 years old now, it changes the perspective on life quite a bit.

I remember Coach here telling me I would change my mindinf when I become a father, he was more than right.

I'm looking alright, I stopped chasing the dream of looking like a bodybuilder and embrassed the fitness look.
I don't like weight training that much now adays, i prefer boxing lessons.

I train 3 times a week and 2 boxing lessons a week.

Arms carefully cropped out of course  :D

Just kidding .. you look great.  Funny to read old threads of posters from 10 years ago and see how they’ve turned out.  Best of luck w the kidneys, a simple blood panel can rule out kidney issues.
