I remember there was a 2big4u, but I didn't know there were two TP4U's.

My best when young was 3 reps with 200 lbs strapped to me, strict, all the way down while weighing 200 lbs, and DRUG FREE....

Can you tear your pecs while doing dips as well? ??? I was biting my teeth when I saw this video @11:50 and just waited for the "pop" :o
