So I just started training at a new gym this week, I tend to change gyms a lot to keep things fresh, anyway I'm training and this woman compliments me and says you're in great condition, she was shredded so I said so are you, you look great. She tells me she just competed a week ago, so me being really interested in nutrition I ask her what her diet looks like, she proceeds to tell me the only thing she ate for 12 weeks was shrimp as her protein source, and 1 carb meal pre training 1/2 cup oats and a carb meal post training 1 sweet potato, the rest were shrimp and asparagus. I was like wtf? Some of these coaches literally have no clue about nutrition particularly when it comes to women, they just starve them, have them do a shit load of cardio, clen/t3/anavar/winny. Then these chicks end up completely fucked, from hormone issues, nutritional deficiencies, adrenal fatigue, thyroid issues. She saw the look on my face and asked what I thought about the diet, I just said why just shrimp?? We went on to discuss a bit more about nutrition and training. But what the fuck man, this "sport" just baffles me. She was pretty hot though.
