Well according to my Doctor I am additionally if testosterone causes such high hemocrat and you claim I am taking a high dosage then how come my hemocrat is low while showing a hogh level of testosterone? Asditionally yeah my blood pressure is ideal yet somehow all yoi jackasses claim to be having all these sides from 125mg?? Fucking nonsense

Because you have serious medical issues that lower your blood counts despite what you are taking.

Unless you actually have low T (rare) why put yourself through all the bullsh*t of monitoring and taking other drugs to correct TRT induced problems?

Is it really worth it for that extra 1/2" on your arms?

Just eat more eggs.

Consider a blood thinner like Eliquis as well. If the situation isn't critical, like others have mentioned a baby aspirin, nightly glass of red wine(all alcohol thins blood but red wine seems the best for heart), cayenne or other methods work as well.  A major risk of thick blood viscosity from test is thrombotic events, which has killed guys like Meadows and others who had blood clots.  You don't want clots, as then doctors will be afraid to do surgeries for fear a clot will break loose and kill you like supposedly killed David Dearth when he had a routine surgery. Although not heart related, Wheeler lost his leg due to a clot. Clotting issues are a major thing to avoid. Thin that blood.

You realize that not everyone has high hematocrit while on TRT or full blown cycles.  It is really a genetic thing if you have it.  The only thing I have ever heard of directly causing it to rise outside of natural causes is EQ and anadrol.

As someone who has donated every 3 months while eating a heme-rich diet and still crushed his ferritin into the single digits, I’d say that is probably too frequent for most.

The place i donate only allows you to donate every 4 months.

But i guess you could go somewhere else.

Donating blood 2-3 times a year is plenty.

Unless you are running some serious gear.
