I have been going to a sports clinic for TRT for the last couple of years.  They do regular blood tests and are always monitoring vitals when I go in.  Recently my labs showed high hemoglobin and blood count.  This is a side effect of TRT.  The side effects from the high hemoglobin were awful.  Leading up to my lab test, I had trouble sleeping.  Always restless.  Would wake up numerous times in the night gasping for air.  Sweating for no reason, felt tired and bloated.  Sure enough my labs came back showing the blood count as high.  The remedy is to remove about a pint of blood.  this totally changed everything.  I could sleep better, no more breathing issues, the tightness in my chest went away and I don't sweat for no reason.

For you guys running TRT on your own, please get labs every six months and make sure you're doing okay.
The clinic should have told you from the start that you need to donate blood. Why did they wait this long?!

A CPAP will also help to reduced your hemoglobin. But it is a pain in the ass to use.

Be sure to take fish oil and a baby aspirin to thin your blood.

A good trt clinic will catch that right away and the doctor will tell you to donate, there's other things to do to help as well, omega 3s will thin out the blood eat a piece of salmon every few days, take a baby aspirin before bed, these little things will make a world of difference.
Yes agreed. If you take too much fish oil and aspirin though you'll be prone to nose bleeds and bloody eyes.

As someone who has donated every 3 months while eating a heme-rich diet and still crushed his ferritin into the single digits, I’d say that is probably too frequent for most.

All my recent issues would have been avoided by doing exactly as el diablo says

I had zero symptoms of my blood count and haemoglobin being high so please don’t think have to feel like el Diablo did before there a problem just get checked please

Do you take a water pill for blood pressure? Or you have low BP without any medication?

Fuck doctors I have good sources and the scripts never run out.

A friend who had full blown Aids from shooting heroin who I met in an AA meeting was wasting away and had quite a few bottles of pharm grade Anadrol 50......wanted me to sell it at the gym and would give me two bottles for my trouble/time.

Anyway I used it pre-contest along with Test and Tren and was as hard as nails and stronger than a bitch..one zit was the only side effect and the insatiable urge to seek out pussy 24/7.

Pre-TRT I always an on the high-end for Hematocrit. (47). High-end is 50 these days on the tests I take.
I just tested at 48, so not much change for me on TRT... (Still in range).

Same for me. I’m always high 40s naturally. Test would push it into the low 50s and then it turns into a game of lowering it with donations without draining all of my iron.

Is there a plasma Donation site near you? You could get paid to lose some blood and help the hemoglobin issue.
