Jumping squats can be done with a light barbell but probably better with dumbbells

These are pretty heavy I would do them lighter, more reps but still hit calves too.

Sprints are great for abs too (on foot, not sure about on a bike).

Most cyclists seem to have good calves, runners not so much.
Bending knees makes a difference, hence cyclists and stair climbing.

Tbh vary the rep range, sometimes 10 reps, other times up to 20, sometimes as low as 5 reps. As long as your calves are bigger than your forearms that's enough
