Honestly these “fitness hos” are no different than us when we first started, every wannabe bodybuilder did dumb shit they read or heard about  because it was guaranteed to add inches to their arms, etc.  21s, isometrics, super slow reps, etc.

All the women I see in the gym come in, do their thing, cleanup their weights, and leave.  No chit chat or bullshit, just training.  Sure, maybe not all train optimally but who cares .. they are in there, getting it done.  And I love it .. seems like most every attractive woman lifts weights in some way, and it shows in their physiques.  I’m glad the stigma of women lifting weights isn’t really a thing anymore


yeah, right. Also why does what someone else does bother anyone, let kids have their dumb fun.
