it always was. One of the many reasons why Flex could never beat Ronnie when he hit his peak. He may have beat Ronnie in 1995 and 1996, but not once big ron stepped up to the plate.

Yates looks like SHIT!!!

No form no shape..nothing, just a sloppy mass. No definition striations...NOTHING. His best assest were his calfs...and that was due to genetics... not working out. I have a guy at my gym who looks like a string bean, yet his calfs and forearms look like they belong to a 300 pound bodybuilder. Glad his short career is over...now he is the before pic in the bodybuilding ads...lol
