Exactly. I asked him to show any evidence of the heavy duty hit method actually working. He couldn't provide any. Over 5 decades of this method being around and con men like little and heart can't show any proof. There has never been a successful bodybuilder who has used hit exclusively to build their physique. Not even Yates as he used the half pyramid system but tried to dress it up as something else like hit. Hit is nothing but a myth.
