I try to lose some extra pound right now, but this time, it's like i reach a "plateau". I'm doing the Bill Philips Body for life diet ( You know, one size protein with one size carbs and every vegetables you want each 3 hours ). I don't know what it's really worth, but worked for me last time. I pass from 172 lbs to 164, but now, i can't go below that.
I'm 5pi9, 164 lbs , my waist size is 32. I must be around 12-14% bodyfat and my BMI is 24,2 ( don't know if that help, but sometime asked), endomorph kind (crappy metabolism)
I work out 3 time a week, plus i'm doing boxing 2 times and Capoeira (another martial art) 2 other time a week.
So will all that, what would be the problem? I'm pointing the diet because it always was the problem, but maybe not?
