Remember that you originally asked me this:
What do you consider to be "far right"?
Had you asked me about the far left my answer would have been the same because political extremists are more prone to violence and susceptible to belief in conspiracy theories, IMO.
Here are some examples of studies which I believe support my opinion that the real issue is extremism and how it affects people's behavior. Neither the far-left nor far-right have a lock on extremism.

https://www.csis.org/analysis/left-wing-terrorism-and-political-violence-united-states-what-data-tells-usVoters on the extreme left and right are far more likely to believe in conspiracy theoriesAs might be expected, the political left tends to be suspicious of the political right, and the political right tends to be suspicious of the political left.
Evidently, political extremism and conspiracy beliefs are rooted in the same rigid style of thinking.
Our findings establish a link between political extremism and a general susceptibility to conspiracy beliefs.
Definition of extremism
Key characteristics of extremism:
Extreme views: Holding views considered unreasonable, hateful, dangerous, or far outside the acceptable range of attitudes in a given society.
Intolerance: Displaying an unwillingness to compromise or tolerate opposing viewpoints.
Dehumanization: Viewing other people as fundamentally different or inferior, often seen as a threat or an obstacle to their goals.
Use of violence or hate: Employing hate, fear, or violence to control and influence others or to achieve ideological aims.
Opposition to democratic values: Challenging or seeking to overthrow democratic principles, individual liberties, and the rule of law.
Sadly, I frequently see examples of extremism in internet social forums, including on Getbig and as reported in the news media.
