I am back on the classic split..
Day 1 Chest, Biceps
Day 2 Legs
Day 3 OFF
Day 4 Shoulders, Triceps
Day 5 Back
Day 6 OFF
REPEAT....
Abs are trained every other day. Cardio is MAX OT, up to 3 times per week now.
Sometimes I turn that into a 5 day split to bias my arms, with Biceps and Triceps being trained on the 5th day (and not on the other two)...
