shoudler work...
« on: May 29, 2006, 09:23:09 AM »
my last shoulder day consisted of this...and i have a few questions regarding exercises too...

seated shoulder presses: 225x10x1,255x8x1,275x6x1,225x8x1
dumbbell front raises: 10x50x1
dumbbell lateral raises: 10x45x1
bent over laterals: 10x60x1

traps get worked too...just dont really feel like typing them in here...

do i need to hold my arm straight out with the weight? or can i have a slight crook in my elbow? straight out is incredibly difficult to maintain throughout the exercises...with a crooked arm it helps keep the traps out as much as possible.

suggestions?  good shoulder day or shit?  ???

yeah dude i've watched coleman do them...impressive is right! i was shocked!  :o

i come down to a tiny bit past 90* because of a tendon problem i have in my left shoulder...i.e. when i go past a certain point i can feel it roll over SOMETHING and make a loud pop...very uncomfortable and very irritating!  >:(
