Alexxx come to mein clinic and I break the bones and put in fiberglass for extension.  I never do this before but I vill do mein best.  Much fun I am sure.

Alexx, since your so tall, and your limbs are so long, I dont know man.. Your lancky. Is there a way we can compress you?  ;D  Your already tipping the scales at 250 right? And lean too..  Ronnie coleman should be getting nervous- so another 30 lbs, at 280 you should dwarf us all!  :D

You, well, I guess you would own me on a basketball court. Not that its bad, I always wish I was at least 6 feet tall when playing basketball.  ;D  I would camp behind the 3 point line.  ;)

IM telling ya, your only shot at becoming a monster is 12 weeks, test and deca.  :-\

Try the "Reeves Deadlift", and Ultra-Wide grip chins.  Originated by Steeve Reeves - probably the most square shouldered man in the world.

The Reeve's dead is where you grip the plates instead of the bar so your arms are spread way the hell apart, and do deads like that.  Supposedly it's a clavicle stretcher, but clavicles are bones which don't stretch, sooo...  I guess maybe you could stretch the attachements or something..?

I Read about it in Muscle Mag.  Hey atleast it wasn't FLEX!


Even if this is possible, I think having widened your clavicles would make your chest seem narrow and sunken in comparison, since your ridcage wouldn't get any wider.  Guys that are natrually wide usually have a broad chest cavity as well to match it.

Go for it and let us know how it works.

Don't go heavy on the Reeve's deadlift, I'm sure you know not to even think about using as much weight as you do with reg. deads if you do em' that is.  (I don't)  I think you should search for some more info on it.

some fat people have gigantic calves, other walk on sticks.

Not everybody is genetically gifted to look like a greek god. You can only try,
and some people have to try harder then others.

Let's see......how to improve perfection with a broader shoulder structure for the massive muscular development of The Myth of getbig.com.  Having parents with wider frames is most important. As we all know, Mary & Joseph's (of Jesus fame) blood line can be traced down to our present Alexxx. And not anyone in that mid-eastern genetic line was know for barn door wide shoulders. We know all this through breaking down the Da Alexxx code. 

If The Myth has even watched male gymnast train (hopefully not for lustfull reasons) and observed all the stretching & hangs from the bar's & rings, it might become clean the importance of stretching the whole shoulder girdle for increased width. If a person is young enought (the cut off average is 22-24 years before the body starts becoming mature) and the cartilage around the joint/shoulder structure is still elastic, than the width will tend to increase. Gymnast usually start training at a very young age and can take advantage of all of this. This all has been told to me by a few gymnastic trainers.

Of course any of the following will depend on if The Myth's bone structure has not reached a mature state. Extra wide grip pull-ups to the front and behind the neck. And hanging from a wide grip  after the set is done, for 10-15 sesconds or so,  can be important. If the pull-up bar has hammer grip attachments than so more the better. One of the better movements is  hanging from a bar with one arm only, each side. The Reeves DL requires a strong grip, almost a pinch grip, and is not meant for everyone. Can give it a try. Hold the standing position for 10-15 seconds and repeat the DL. Wide grip, dead hang hi-pulls affect the shoulder width. This is also a good laterial/posterior head delts muscle builder.

ok thanks. I already tried  wide grip deads and liked them. I did them at the end of my back workout 3 sets of 8 reps but i didn't hold  for 15 secs at the top. I have a very strong grip :)

alexx you could always have the clavicles cut, then spread apart a 1/4 inch then bone will fill in the gap thereby making you 1/2 inch wider. If you continue you could almost get at least 6 inches across, of course you'll be laid up for at least a year and couldn't lift, but you would be "wider". ;D

We, as a group, are highly concern about the lads rapid and dangerious approach to the dark side of total insanity. Some of our local women are having car wash's and yard sale's this coming weekend to raise more funds for the poor emotionally challenged little chap, Alexxx. I wanna know if any of you have been able to enlarge your frames? Bone structure.

DoggCrapp was supposed to write an article on that but since he is such a lazy guy I bet he hasn't yet. Don't know for sure because those fat asses at intensemuscle.com banned me.

Any of you have articles or more information on that particularly about shoulder width. Thank you.
