Ok... I have an issue where my Chest and arms get exausted too quick. For instance...
For Bi's (curls)
I will do 90 lbs for 1 set 10-12
I try 100 lbs for 1 set normally can do 6 sometimes less
I then try 110 for another set but can only do maybe 2
so what I do is go lower weight but such as back to 90 but man I can only do like 3.
I go down to 70 and can do like 3 more and so on.
My Bi's are ripping out of there skin. How do you guys train so intensly?
Same thing with bench. It seems once my muscles are blasted I am soooo weak.
There is no way in hell I can do Flat Bench then pile on weight for inclines, then decline or crossovers.
I just feel that My muscle failure comes faster than other peoples and may be effecting my gains.
My legs are not an issue. Just a little rest and I am ready to hammer out more weight.
This has been an issue since I was 17 on up during my stints of lifting. I am 37 now.
Any suggestions on what I could try to maximize the muscle.
