Need something new here
« on: June 24, 2006, 12:55:57 PM »
well ive been working out for about 5-6 years now. i have many pics on the site for those who care. Thing is, is that ive been only going to the gym maybe 2-3 times a week. I train chest and bis's on monday. Then on tuesday i do shoulders and tris and neck. I very rarely do any back work lately andits been bugging me that im not. I box at home maybe 1-2 times a week as well. I want to loose another 10 pounds to get more ripped for summer but i do still want some mass. I dont want to hear the arguments about you cant gain while you cut, i know all of this already. Im basically looking for someone who cares and has some time, to make me a devised training program incorporating cardio(boxing/elipitcal) and bodybuilding training. Thanks so much for the time to help me out!!

also i do realize that boxing helps all the muscles do their part. I know my back is very sore the next day after boxing but i need resistance training i guess :P.

Get on the Max-OT protocol (link on top of this board).

Follow the instructions, except for the cardio, exchange it for a brief session of boxing (the shorter you train, the higher the intensity).

Around 30-40 mins.

Well, then he should try a HST 3 times a week routine IMO.

Make sure to have very little rest between sets during the first weeks during the minicycles (15's,10's,8's,5's and 3 plus drop/or neg 5's).

Stick with 7-10 excersises, exchanging a few between every other workout. Eg Side lateral raises - shoulder presses, DB's.
