Droopy chest would mean over development of the lower pecs, I believe. Most BB'ers will find the upper portion of the chest hard to develop and the lower part quite easy. If anyone had the desire to really hit the lower pec's than the dips (like XS suggested) would be a superior exercise for most guy's. Better angle and results, than the declines, for a lot of people.
Some of the older BB'ers (with over developed lower pec's) who stop working out seem to lose muscle mass around the shoulders and upper chest but still have those man boob's hanging around. Looking pretty crappy in a 'T' or casual shirt. And with the male horomone changers in the mid 40's or so, those man boobs just get fatter it seems.
Side bar: A chest or pec's never impressed me as being all that manly. Kind of girly in a way (just my thinking..no offense to anyone). Always thought the shoulders, back and traps really gave the look of power to a man. Good Look.
