Seperation
« on: August 15, 2006, 04:04:39 PM »
i have no seperation between my bicep and my shoulder. When relaxed it makes my arm look really smooth and when flexed it looks like my bicepo just leads right into my shoulder. Any tips on training, is it a problem with my delt or bicep?

i think getting into better shape will help with that but. definition is something u should have at any bodyfat of course seperation will be better at lower bodyfat.

yes the bodyfat has to come down and you need to incorperate some preacher curls into your workout and weight isn't everything. make sure your getting a good stretch and contraction. I also threw one armed dumbell preachers into the workout once in awhile and they really helped.

I used to have the problem when I only did behind the neck presses and inverse flys for delts. I added laterals and now I have great seperation. My caps were too small, was the problem.
