Rob you're missing one major point Bin Laden ACCEPTED responsiblity for the 9/11 attacks ! and its no coinsidence that Islamic extremists tried before to blow-up the WTC its old news .

Actually, he initially denied it.  Whether Bin Laden actually admitted it later or not is irrelevant.  Confession does not constitute proof (example - the freak who confessed to the Jon Benet Ramsey murder).   If he did later confess then it obviously served his recruiting purposes and helped build his legend.   Why can't we catch the fuck?  My guess is because we don't want to catch him because then we'd have to prove he did it and that would be kind of hard because there is no physical way that a plane hitting either building caused it to collapse.   Putting all that aside, pleaese explain WTC 7 which was hit by no plane and yet collapsed into a perfect pile into about 10 seconds.  Why do we even bother to demolish buidlings if all we have to do it set them on fire and wait for them to break apart into millions of tiny pieces.  BTW - if you haven't heard of WTC 7 then ask yourself why. 

There is not enough evidence at this point to say who or "exactly" how but the idea that "bin laden did it" is the ultimate conspiracy theory and the majority of the sheeple in the US (myself inluded at one time) bought it hook, line and sinker

I'm not Rob. What kind of proof would you like. Would it even make any difference.  You seem to be immune to evidence.  My intial point was that a confession does not constitute proof.  Other than that, try to think for yourself rather than letting other's tell you what to believe (myself included).  Do your own research and try to explain what happened to WTC 7.   I'm open to your argument but don't tell me that confession is proof.   Is there any need to belabour that point?

Osama denied it to everyone who would listen.  Then, he chooses to admit it only once, on a tape magically found by Spec Forces just as the rest of the world was getting upset at our unwillingness to give them the proof we promised would be out immediately.  On the tape, he has a different facial structure, is 4 inches shorter, and 50 pounds heavier than filmw made 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after this one.

The tape was released because many in the world media believed the US had conducted the attack to justify attacking Afghanistan.  We had told India and UK 3 months BEFORE 911 we would be invading Afghan. in mid-Oct.  they even printed it in their papers!!!!

Note that our own CIA, with the best technology in the world, confirmed that Osama tape was real.  Look at those 2 noses.  Now, if they WERE lying about that tape, what else are they lying about?  WHY would they lie to us about Osama's guilt?

I can't recall exactly when but things just didn't seem right.  I started getting suspicious when interested parties were trying to put together the 911 Commission and the Bush Crime Family was fighting it all the way although they eventually got shamed into it and then pretended that they were for it all the time (Bush did something similar with "stay the course" when he told George Stefanopolis "we were never about stay the course".  What, no follow up to that comment?  The media in this country is a joke.   People have to do their own research and draw there own conclusions.  Here's an interesting story involving Our Dear Leader that was never reported in the US media (as far as I can tell) yet CNN reports almost daily on the most mundane events in the life of Paris Hilton - WTF?
