guy in the gym doing one armed overhead triceps extensions was camping out on a bolted down chair I wanted to use for the two handed version..so finally after a few warm up sets  of pushdowns on a nearby pully i asked to work in...I was doing the 2 handed version....

after my initial set at 125 he found another spot to do his extensions.......

I don't understand these at all really. i try to be polite in the gym I'm not really an asshole... i spot people when they need it but i don't make fun of them (being polite gets you way more puss than being a dick would anyways). but never mind that I'm just trying to say Ive never owned anyone in the gym. other than myself when i go for new heavy weights i cant get up lol i got my ass kickedby 320 last week.... but I'm wondering has anyone got any REAL GYM OWNING STORIES. ones i can believe?

Amen!

I have never seen any ownings yet but the other week a 6'3 240lbs ex-powerlifter from the Bahamas almost got into a fight with a 5'6" maybe 140-160 (at the most) half Asian looking guy. Well it all started cause the big dude is always loud and obnoxious but the little dude tends to keep to himself but has little guy syndrome. They crossed words after big dude threatened to hurt the guy if he kicked him while he was doing pressdown on the cable machine and little guy was doing hanging leg raises, little guy thought he was joking with him at first but it soon turned into a shouting match with threats of shooting, killing, stabbing, police etc..... well after a few mins of that it was seemingly over but when the little guy came to the front desk to tell us what had just happened the big dude comes over saying he is a lying piece of shit and what he was saying was all bullshit and it started all over again. This time around some racial shit was said and the big dude said back where he comes from you get cut when you disrespect someone and claimed he would go to his truck and come back and cut the guy, the guy says well this isn't the Bahamas and maybe you should take you ass back there and next thing you know we have to tell them that if they don't drop it now the cops will be called. Well they haven't been in the gym at the same time since but the big dude still holds a grudge and talks shit about it, BTW the big dude as I said if always loud and obnoxious and almost no one that knows him likes him and he has pissed off some many gym goers that we have had to threaten to ban him from the gym.

Dude just set  trap..... When the loud guys start acting obnoxious drop a 400 lb barbell of the balcony on to his face. Then tell the fuzz you where curling 405 in the balcony and set the weight down to go talk to a few super models. When you left some guy knocked the barbell off the balcony. Problem solved!

This reminds me of the time that I was thrown out of a gym for being too huge and intimidating, so in retaliation I chained the doors shut and burned everyone alive. Hahahahahahahahaha, OWNED!!!
that was funny as hell dude.

These "Gym Owning" stories are only way for some of these wankers to feel they are men, and even then it is an illusion, because all what they really are is pityfull mental midgets telling fictional stories in some forum. Plain and simple; you don't act like that if you are in mentally normal state of mind.

Not so much a 'gym owning' but this is kind of funny and I am sure lots of people noticed this.

I was out of town this weekend...found a gym close to where I was staying called 'Anytime Fitness'. I went there and noticed that members needed a key to get in as the attendent is only there until 2pm.

I turned around to walk back to my car and hope to find another facility but noticed a 'member' parking their car. I thought to myself...'alright here we go...I'll just explain I'm from out of town and would like to buy a day pass...'

This guy walks up...300+lbs about 5'7. 45%bf.  I give him my rap and he agrees to let me in but told me I would have to leave when he does due to liability.

I told him..."Cool, I understand no problem!" I had to train BACK and back never takes me more than 45-an hour. I go to the locker room, change clothes, spend a minute stetching and do ONE warmup set...I turn around and see this guy over on a recumbant bike slowly peddling reading a magazine or something. One minute later I perform my first real set for 12 reps...when I put the weight down I look up and that same guy said...'Okay, man are you ready or...' I was stunned and confused. I say...'I'm sorry?' he goes...'Oh, I'm done...I'm leaving now...' I tell him...'You're done already? We only been here 10 minutes...are you serious?' He goes...hahahaha...'Oh yea...I only did 15 minutes of cardio today...startin slow, you know?' I say...' No, I don't...thanks anyway but can't I just stay? I'll lock up when I leave I won't steal or break anything...I'm good.' He goes...'Naaa man...uh...you know I can get in trouble' I tell him...'you do cardio to burn calories, right? You and I are here for the same reason...to get better, right? Then go do 45 minutes of cardio on the treadmill...fuck that recumbent bike...don't get off until you burn 500calories and your shirt is drenched in sweat...why watse both of our time?'

He agreed and went to the treadmill and did what I told him to do. I even walked over a few times to check on him and shout out encouragments.

When we both finished he thanked me over and over telling me he has been thinking about doing more than 15 minutes but he said...hahahahaha...'I heard that doing lots of cardio will make you lose msucle' I looked him right in the eye and said...'No, man...that's a myth...thanks again...have a good weekend..'
